Lisa Britvan, LCSW

Do you always feel on edge and have difficulty controlling feelings of worry? Are you affected by childhood trauma or need help managing the stress of unresolved trauma from a terrible experience?

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and an EMDR Trained Clinician, I can help you find relief from anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and other mental health struggles.

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that every individual is unique and, therefore, requires a personalized approach. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals. I draw on various techniques and approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness, to meet people where they are and provide the support and guidance they need to move forward.
