Through therapy, you will learn skills to manage and cope with anxiety, such as deep breathing, cognitive restructuring, and exposure therapy. My integrative approach allows me to use various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness techniques to help you identify the underlying causes of your anxiety, develop coping strategies, and find long-term relief from your fears and worries.
